What is the best artwork format to use?

The best artwork format to use is a .png file with a transparent background, true to the size you want printed with a resolution of 300 DPI. (If you feel lost, don’t worry, we can usually work with whatever you have. Just upload it and our art folks will make it right for you.)
How do I get started?

Getting started is simple! Choose your launch pack. Upload your artwork. Tell us what sizes you need. We send back a digital mockup with print placement and sizing reference. You reply “approved”. We start production and if you’re local, we’ll drop them off at your doorstep in 7-10 business days!
What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 7-10 business days. Turnaround time begins after artwork approval and does not include shipping time if you’re outside of Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas.
For complex jobs or requests outside of our Launch Packs, choose “Build a Custom Pack” on the Request a Quote page. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

All orders are printed using premium DTF and world-class printing systems, delivering sharp, vibrant designs that are built to last.

How are these printed?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Are there any surprise fees?

The only things that will add additional fees are additional print locations, choosing a different garment and sizes larger than Adult XL. Shipping is included if you’re within a 10 mile radius of Raleigh, but outside of that, it would be calculated separately.
Nope! We do not charge setup fees. Again, simplicity is the goal.

Are there any setup fees?
I found them cheaper somewhere else.
